Once an order is entered by the marketing staff, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the order. It is your responsibility to approve, or disapprove the proof with desired changes in writing in a timely manner.

- Shipping: All print items will incur a shipping fee. Cost is dependent on weight and speed.
- Rush: A $20 fee is applied to any order requiring the initial proof prior to standard turnaround time.
- Flipbook: $10 unless printed copies are ordered, in which case it’s free.
- Cancellation: Design time and print costs will be charged on all projects, even when canceled
